“Quick supply of Office 2010. Failed to instal properly Your phone was disconnected for over 2 days, no response to an email. Later found the helpful Chat Room which suggested a new downlaod - this worked! Thanks”

“Bought a licence for Windows 7. The details arrived immediately, the instructions were clear for how to upgrade or make a clean install. Due to other issues I had to use the latter option which worked fine. Overall I'm very happy and would use Software Geeks again.”

“Recently built my first PC and purchased Windows 7.1 for just under £20 with a free upgrade to Windows 10. Sounds a bit too good to be true doesn't it? But, hey, it worked fine. So, yes, I'd recommend Software Geeks based on my own personal experience.”

“If you're reasonably confident about putting a new OS on your old PC this is a breeze, quick response to order and easy download and install at a very decent price. Can't speak for the support service as I haven't needed it!”

“Downloads worked without a problem. The code I was sent initially didn't work, but after sending them a screen shot of the error message they quickly sent me a new one (a database error of some kind). Good service and any problems get sorted out.”

“I've given 4 star because I could not download the software from the link sent to me. But it was solved by contacting them and link to Microsoft download centre, so it was fine. Value was great could not beat the price from anywhere and I am very happy with my purchase. Would I recommend, Yes 100%.”

“Bought on-line version of Windows 7 took a long time to download but good value for money. I think it is a genuine copy as all 250+ updates downloaded OK. Have now made the free upgrade to Windows 10”

“Everything in the web interface seemed to be well thought through from start to finish. Originally a mistake was made on my windows 7 key but this was rectified quickly on request by email. Couldn't seem to get through by telephone though.”

“Pretty smooth, one little issue quickly resolved. Very good customer service. I've bought three licenses now, all are working well. I will be buying all Windows Licences here for the foreseeable future. Would be truly great if the phone line was working, though. Still, wasn't too hard to make contact via the online chat.”
