“Was worried it wasn't going to work given the very low price, but they did exactly what they said they were going to do (I bought a W7 licence; did need to call up Microsoft to get it activated, very simple process though) which was outstanding, got the licence immediately (another company I've gone with sat on the order for a couple of days). However, would have been 5 stars, but accidentally bought the wrong licence, and not only didn't they refund me (which was my fault and might be fair play, not sure or too bothered about it really), but they didn't even respond to my enquiry, which was a bit off.”

“Got genuine Window 7 codes through email, worked flawlessly. Didn't receive stickers, but as registered ok and upgraded to Windows 10 with no problem no big issue. Cheers”

“It was not made clear that the software provided could not upgrade my Windows XP to Windows 7. I had to save all my data but unfortunately some of my programs could not be reinstalled into Windows 7. I managed to locate some of my original discs and install them but others that had been downloaded, on line were lost with the exception of one where the supplier downloaded a further copy. Other than that the service provided was very good and fast Thanks”

“I haven't been able to download the Windows 7 I bought from you and I don't know how to I thought it would have been a disc instead of a price of card I'm 75 and not very up on these things and it would cost me £60 an hour to get someone to do it for me which I cannot afford Mrs glover”

“My contact with SoftwareGeeks consisted of a purchase, and online 'chats' with Mark. My purchase arrived after a delay. (Reportedly missing. I contacted Mark and true to his word, the purchase arrived next day). My online 'chats' with Mark were friendly and very helpful. I may need to use his knowledge again as my computer is playing up. “Was looking for how to migrate to windows 7. Chatted with a guy from Software Geeks who efficiently gave me all needed details and bought the CD and Licence to enable the migration. Everything was handy and quick. I already performed the migration and so far things are okay. I strongly recommend to everyone.”

“When entering the product key for Windows 7 ISO file on the Microsoft website it did not work(one star off). But when I installed my windows it asked for my product key and it was made valid :D. So it all worked out and I was able to get Windows 10! And I love how it's a genuine code so I can get Microsoft updates and etc! It works 100% for the product key for Windows installation! Thanks!(I love the sale too)”

“This would have been 5 stars however I was slightly concerned on the day of purchase when I didn't receive the Key as promised ,this was compounded by an inability to connect with the company at 4:30pm in the afternoon. I have to say the following day this was soon,addressed and the on line chat was both informative and useful I was able to load the OS and update to WIN 10 so far it has been working well ,overall a good price marred by the slight hiccup leaving me unable to complete the task in hand on the day of purchase would recommend this company and will use them again”

“Site offered what I wanted. Easy to order Windows 7 with clear instructions received in subsequent email. Licence details arrived within a couple of days which allowed the operating system to be loaded and registered without difficulty.”

“The first code that was sent did not work and I was told that they had been sent a bad batch! The operator had me download Team Viewer and he then accessed my PC and entered a new code (Windows 7 Ultimate) but I still had to e-mail them before they sent me the code for future use. bob”

“Bought a Windows update license - unfortunately it did not apply to my Windows machine! Good on-line chatting support - on a Sunday! Might be an idea to mention on the website that updates are only applicable to certain Windows licences...”
