“The software product was delivered on time as described and staff were prompt to respond to e-mail communications in respect to questions. A telephone contact number would be helpful, but do understand that this presents an additional overhead costs burden to the business for equipment and manning the service with staff which may not be sustainable.”

“For the excellent cost for a Windows Operating System I was reserved to begin with. But I did my research and decided to go for it. I was extremely impressed throughout the entire process. As soon as the payment was cleared I had the software licence code and a very easy to follow step-by-step guide which led me through the entire process.
