“Having bought a Windows 7 DVD from elsewhere that failed I was sceptical about trying a download, but the download and install was simple. I had to get in touch to get further instructions to activate my Windows 7, but I got a quick reply with instructions that worked first time. Good price, good service, laptop successfully upgraded, can't ask for more. Thank You.”

“I could not fault the serviceI received from the Software Geeks. The name made me wonder if they were serious, but make no mistake, they are seriously good. I did my OS upgrade to Windows 10 pro and after it started I realised I didn't have the actual file I'd need if it went wrong. It didn't, but after spending as long as I have working in software I know the value of a backup and so I went back in and picked up the ISO image, again, no problem. First class service and a well deserved 5 stars”

“We purchased the wrong windows for what we wanted , the item was totally unused . We thought it was an internet download, NOT , something we would have to put on a memory card ect and then download. We are NOT internet geeks . Asked for a refund .....refused .”

Dear Edward, As explained in numerous emails, you purchased a LICENSE key from ourselves. The software/download links are direct via Microsoft's website. We cannot disregard our returns policy and/or change the fact that you did not want to purchase a USB stick to install Windows from, this isn't something we have control over. “Having restored an old computer I needed an additional copy of Windows 7 to get this up and running.. Having purchased this for the Software Geeks website, the licence code was sent in minutes and was soon authenticated on my PC. “The downloaded software worked really well and help by email was readily available. You do need to know what you are doing to get things working first time. I had to Google a few things as I'm not an expert. For me there were gaps in the instructions. The biggest thing was getting the Windows 7 download onto a DVD using the correct tool for doing an OS, but once I had mastered that bit everything else fell into place perfectly. My laptop now has a new lease of life for a very reasonable cost. 😃”
