Hi Robert, Why would you leave a negative review asking for help, instead of contacting us via the website, or sending an email in reply to your order? Where's the logic in that? Hi Angela, Instructions and download links are sent automatically upon purchase. Why wouldn't you contact us if you required help, rather than leaving a negative review and asking us to contact you?
