“The system for ordering the kit was quite straight forward. Instructions on using the kit was simple and the collection of the samples was very quick. We received the results and certificate about a week later. All very satisfactory.”

“Great service, I first contacted Smartwater Testing and communicated with Seb Ward who explained the process and answered all my questions effectively. The process from ordering the bottles to receipt of test certificates was fast and efficient. The test certs would not show on my computer and I had to email Smartwater, once again Seb replied immediately and provided the certificates. Highly recommend this service”

“I have been using Smart Water Testing for several years, biannually. I am impressed as to how well the process works. The empty sample bottles are delivered & collected promptly. When the results are ready, an email arrives to prompt you to download the certificate off line. The whole process was well orchestrated & hassle-free.”

“Process from order to sampling to result was very good. Obtaining certificate via appalling website resulted in bypassing system and asking for an e mail version. Raising an account and providing order number and account number was not recognised on the site.”
