Requested refund on several occasions, I still get emails say my phone will be delivered ETC, ETC.

I have yet to receive the refund for the discount that was promised to me. Additionally, despite selecting next-day delivery during purchase, the phone I ordered arrived one day late. Furthermore, there was a discrepancy in the phone's colour received compared to what was initially chosen. It was not a great experience.

Terrible customer service in my opinion. Still waiting for a refund of fault phone that I've returned.

Having ordered a phone on 22nd April which was advertised as 2/3 day delivery and even after being given a tracking number the phone didn't arrive ! After numerous emails and phone calls I was told the phone wouldn't be delivered untill the end of the following week! I asked to cancel and have a refund as I was desperate for a phone.

Received telephone in good time but on arrival there was something wrong with the volume, I was unable to hear who I was speaking to. Phone was sent back and awaiting response either new phone or refund.... Hopefully new working phone.

The following day I sent a message to Smart Cellular requesting them to cancel the order and refund my PayPal payment and ordered a phone from another supplier.

I paid extra for an “excellent “ grade phone which they said would arrive next day. Over a week later my phone arrived, covered with small scratches. After weeks of arguing about the condition we got nowhere so I posted a negative review online. Then Rachael from customer service said if I took it down they would refund a small amount. I agreed but size week later no refund and six emails from me ignored. AVOID.

Took my order but didn’t have the phone available (not in stock as claimed) offered an alternative colour but didn’t want that so asked for a refund.

I asked them for a refund and they stated that it would take up to ten working days for the refund to take place.

Visually iPhone excellent condition Had to send back as sound tinny & battery lost its charge rapidly Top marks for no issue return - just awaiting refund
