Refund - Difficult

They told me 4 times that phone had been dispatched, but tracking number never even appeared on the Royal Mail site. No phone arrived. No refund. Terrible communications no one ever answers the phone. I suspect the guarantee is worthless as you can never get hold of them. Just starting chargeback with my credit card company. Would give zero stars but not an option.

Phones advertised were clearly NOT AVAILABLE. Telephone calls went unanswered emails prompted false promises of delivery. Six weeks later, and 4 weeks after cancelling the order due to non delivery, a refund was made after intervention by my credit card company.

Again, I contacted the company and said that, as my phone had not been dispatched, please cancel the order and issue a refund.

My phone was 1o odd days late...kept on appologising.These people have no idea what the other department doing. Takes them 2 days to answer. The phone service is only to pass on massages I cancelled the order,and also got email to confirm,but the despatch team has no idea...so I get my phone which I returned via the courier still waiting refund which they say takes 10 days

Ordered on the 9th, no delivery yet. Have emailed many times for a refund. No refund as of today 21/06. Keep away from this company and keep your monies safe

I am convinced that this company doesn’t care anymore about it reputation, I bought a phone and later changed my mind and requested for a refund, firstly their chat robot isn’t great, customer service doesn’t reply to email and don’t take calls, I honestly don’t know what to do at this point as my funds is still with this company.

Ordered a phone in 21 April it didn’t arrive cancelled ordered i was told refund on the way on 6 May phone that i cancelled arrived it was faulty returned phone they received it back on the 8 May im writing this review on 3 June I’m still waiting for a refund ,its not looking very good fir my refund so if you want a new phone use a different company

Bought an iPhone 13 Pro. On 8th April. When it arrived it was faulty with a very dark screen and the screen kept going blank and had to be force started. I sent it back and they sent me back the same phone with the same fault. Returned it to them and asked for a full refund which they have not given. This fiasco has been going on for over seven weeks. The statutory rights have been totally ignored.
