I rang them a few times (wrong letter on email my error,) finally emailed, Tom couldn’t have been more helpful. My only negative is that it is very difficult to get to chat to a person by phone, but they are quick to respond to emails. Delivery was as promised, can’t comment on returns or refund as I don’t want one. ”
