When the phone did arrive,I sent it back 2 days later,unopened,in it's original packaging,by recorded delivery,their returns policy states that the item must be returned within 14 days of receiving.

The wrong phone was despatched (mistakes happen) Smart Cellular offered to replace, providing me with a pre-paid returns label. I was unable to be without a phone so accepted a part refund, being the difference between what I had paid and the value of the phone I received. This all took a while but, in the end a fair result. z the phone (iphone 12)? is working well.

Terrible experiance using this company, used them twice and both times they got the order wrong badly, wrong sized memory on phone and wrong colours and one is locked when i ordered an unlocked phone, both times the delivery was over weeks late with no offer of compensation for inconvienance or even any useful update information offered just endless back and forthing before the phones arrived and both occasions the order was completly wrong bar the model of phone Will be unlocking the locked phone at my own convienance instead of even attempting to navigate the returns ordeal all over again Will be seeking a phone elsewhere in the future i reckon

Do not buy anything from this place...paid for a phone 8 weeks ago..they sent wrong phone out to me then I paid to return it straight away and returns said they would send dispatch date out soon and now after countless emails still nothing..8 weeks on..this was a Xmas gift for my daughter and now I have nothing...no one will help me on the chats nor the emails...terrible customer care...I'm just left waiting now..

Why oh why did I not read reviews first. Everyone of the negative reviews are 100% true. Believe me. They offer quite clearly above market value to entice you to choose them to sell your phone to them however they will never ever honour that price. They will find any excuse to low ball you in the hope that you will just accept it and save yourself the bother of having them send it back. You have to pay for the returns postage as well!! Avoid at all cost!!

I have sent numerous emails following up on when the device will be repaired and returned and i have had zero response, i have phoned many times the operator says the returns and repairs department will contact me but this never happens.

Phone did not arrive till a few weeks later, much later than advised at time of buying. Wrong colour delivered. No returns slip in package to send back. No-one is answering the phones for the last 2 days and no reply to my email sent 2 days ago

I then requested a returns label and was told that I needed to arrange my own postage in order to return the phone (this cost me nearly £8).

She was already up and running with the phone I purchased from the other supplier, so we just repackaged the Smart Cellular phone back up and followed their Returns guidance exactly as instructed on Live chat and the website).
