“I paid insurance for my TV for years, when my TV finally gave up, i had no number to call. I then cancelled my Direct debit, to get a phone call next day and asked id i wanted to reinstated. As i have a disabled sister i had to get tv out as i have no space to keep it. I was then told i wasn't entitled to anything, so i will never take insurance out again.”

“They were very helpful on the phone and managed to get an plumber to come on the day I rang, unfortunately it had to be transferred to another department to deal with the problem which was rectified the next day. Thanks.”
