“Ordered Slim's 75mm Backing Pad Kit With Hook and Loop for 5/16. Received a backing plate with M6 Thread. Called and let them know. James looked into it and sorted it by sending the right backplate on next day delivery. Did not have the heart to tell him I ordered a slim wash bucket in black and received a white one. Seems petty but shows whoever is picking the orders does not have very good attention to detail.”
