“Poor delivery wait. Normally a clean your car customer, I was sent a 10% off email by slims ahead of the Easter weekend and having used my points on my last CYC order decided to give slims a go. Despite spending £123 at midday the Wednesday before a BH weekend I’m still waiting for my package to arrive. Even slims must think I have my package as I’ve been sent the “we hope you liked your package give us a review” email. I appreciate post can be slow around bank holidays but without any noticeable option to select different shipping options at check out I’m amazed it’s still not arrived and according to tracking info not further than “confirmed”. I placed an order at CYC at the same time Wednesday as slims were out of stock on a couple of items I wanted for my weekend detailing job, despite selecting their slowest and cheapest shipping option, it arrived next day! Will be sticking with CYC from now on.”

“I'm really sorry guys but you let me down bad this time. I've ordered a number of times and never had an issue but I ordered some ceramic coating specifically for this weekend so I could coat the car over the 4 day weekend when I could leave it in the garage. I ordered on Wednesday morning but it hasn't arrived in time. I ordered some stuff from another detailing company on the same day which arrived next day and I actually ordered some stuff from a 3rd company on Thursday which arrived next day. Really disappointed as I've now got the car all polished and prepped ready for coating but no coating to put on it, I was hoping it would show up yesterday as it wasn't a bank holiday but it didn't. I presume it'll be here on Tuesday but thats really no good to me.”

“Can't fault my experience, ordered a number of items and they all arrived 2 days later. I managed to get everything I wanted plus a fee extra bits that caught my eye. Automated emails keep you up to date. No problems and I will be using again for all my detailing needs!”

“Yeah decent delivery but I don't get why they sell spray products without the spay trigger, what's with that. Can't be arsed arguing with them about it. I'll go elsewhere next time and pay 50pence more”
