“The entire process from online purchase to despatch was without fault and prompt. It was let down entirely by useless the APC delivery company - as of writing this review I have yet to receive the Wooly Mammoth Drying Towel! APC claimed to make a delivery on the 03/11/2021 at 15:38 - they did not as I was working from home when I received the notification. CCTV shows no delivery driver making such an attempt. I booked a redelivery for the following day and they didn't turn up - there is no email notification either. Now I'm left in a limbo of not having to be able to rebook for re-delivery as there is no link for rebooking. There is no response from APC customer service either. Hopeless situation!”

“Great Service, phoned in regarding an adapter, low cost product. Didn't have answer to hand, they called another site to have them physically check to make sure adapter was what I was looking for and then phoned me back to confirm.”

“Delivered what I ordered very quickly. Reduced star rating because I didn’t receive a reply to pre-purchase questions. I used their online form and received an automated reply, but nothing further (checked spam folders etc). I also didn’t receive a notification of dispatch of the items meaning I missed the first delivery attempt. But I got them the next day no problem.”

“I made my order and subsequently received an email to say my order was ready for collection in Coventry. It was then that I realised my mistake, as I wanted it delivered. I made a call and spoke to a very helpful lady, who took payment over the phone for the extra charge for delivery and I subsequently received my parcel as promised. Big thanks to her.”
