“Great service, small problem with a damaged bootle of wax, after one quick call and photo a replacement bootle was dispatched and arrived within 48 hrs. Thanks Sue”

“Really happy with he service and product, I emailed to say it was my partners birthday after ordering a bit late my own fault, but Sue was lovely and put it to the top of the list for me and it came within a day, my partner was very happy with his new polisher 😍 thankyou 💖”

“Spent £600 on a single order, still waiting for it to be delivered phoned them up and they claim to have so so many orders to process Whilst on the phone the woman said the order hasn’t even been picked yet so couldn’t provide a delivery date Absolutely shocking won’t be buying again from them Enquired about a optional extra for a tool James said I’ll call the supplier now and will get back to me via phone Guess what still waiting for that call James”

“Been buying detailing products from Slims for a few years now and always been excellent with fast next day delivery, however my latest order took a week to arrive!! Not so good this time so for that reason Slims you drop a star :-( I will continue to order from you in the future.”

“It’s the first time that I’ve used Slim’s but I must say it won’t be the last. Their website is really good and always up to date with items that are out of stock which unlike many other companies doesn’t and just let you wait week’s for your order to arrive. Slim’s items are really well packed and you get very fast delivery from them. Plus you earn reward points with slim’s and they sell great quality product’s so I would highly recommend them to purchase from.”

“The machine I ordered with carry bag and sponge discs were top notch well made and good quality, the only criticism was the communication ie ref dispatch from paying I heard nothing ref dispatch and wasted half an hour on the phone on a premium rate to still get no answer, but over all happy with the actual product. Ps the delivery company I would use they were spot on”
