“All the items were sent quickly but one item, a blue foam polishing pad was sent as a screw in (M16 so needs an adptor) rather than hook and loop as ordered. Emailed Slims to highlight the error. They emailed back the following day and asked for photo of wrong item, which I did by return…never heard back from them!”
