“Never had a problem until my last order they knowing sent out damaged goods with a part missing and sent the wrong pad size. We all have bad days but it’s how you rectify the situation and I found that poor in this case.”

“Have used slims for a while now and love what they do, however I was disappointed to find that I had lost all my points due to lack of activity on my account , I injured my back and had a year away from detailing losing over 4000 points. Didn't even realise they had a time limit”
