“I had taken a day off work to take delivery of the items bought from sims and nothing arrived and to add insult to injury its been well over a week now and still no refund from them. Buyers avoid as i wont be using them again.”

“My recent order arrived with a single low cost item missing. I sent an email and called about the omission. I even made a follow up call. It’s been over week since first contact with no contact and indication of a resolution. I think this is pretty poor. I expected them to acknowledge the error and just send me a replacement. Disgraceful customer service. Will never use again!”

“I ordered good to purchase from store but dreaded covid stopped me from doing so. Slims contacted me and posted goods that day and arrived following day. My wife commented that it must be something other than the swirl touch I purchased as package was large. This was true but goods were packed correctly and arrived safely. Would definitely deal with them again ,happy customer that received a great product.”

“Microfibre towels were not correct colour ordered. Not the end of the world. But I like to differentiate towels for different jobs. Disappointing.”

“Sale items were good value and good quality, the free Delivery option limit was a bit of a mare using pay pal where you had to log in and out and back in to calculate any delivery costs as a separate item. Delivery was quick and the courier left good communication.”

“All items delivered as promised. However the clarify glass cleaner from CarPro did not come with a spray head so I can’t use it until I have one. Come on CarPro!”
