“Great Service, phoned in regarding an adapter, low cost product. Didn't have answer to hand, they called another site to have them physically check to make sure adapter was what I was looking for and then phoned me back to confirm.”

“Delivered what I ordered very quickly. Reduced star rating because I didn’t receive a reply to pre-purchase questions. I used their online form and received an automated reply, but nothing further (checked spam folders etc). I also didn’t receive a notification of dispatch of the items meaning I missed the first delivery attempt. But I got them the next day no problem.”

“I made my order and subsequently received an email to say my order was ready for collection in Coventry. It was then that I realised my mistake, as I wanted it delivered. I made a call and spoke to a very helpful lady, who took payment over the phone for the extra charge for delivery and I subsequently received my parcel as promised. Big thanks to her.”
