“Customer service is spot on, incredibly available and knowledgeable about their products, the price is below the average and even during the pandemic the delivery has been incredibly quick, also they have done one single box for all the products I ordered, something that is so easy and yet not every one does. Super highly recommended”

“I am a first time buyer from Slims and I was very impressed. I love the points system you can build up saving you money on future purchases. when I made my order I called to check they had received it as my laptop was playing up,..... the guy who answered had excellent customer service with some good banter which to be honest was good timing for me that morning! the package came rapid fast (next day!) I will be ordering plenty more in the future and hoping to attend one their courses as soon as they are available.”

“I am fairly new to detailing though I have always tried to look after my cars and became aware of the detailing fraternity through You Tube videos and assorted websites. I recently took the plunge and bought a Rupes DA polisher to finish off some remedial paint work on my wife's eighteen years old car. I was extremely impressed with both the machine itself and Slim's excellent service. Their website is logically laid out and totally absorbing and the product arrived within a couple of days in some very secure packing. Of course, now I have the ideal tool to keep my twenty-one years old car in its almost pristine state. Well done Slim's, be in touch soon.”

“Issue with purchase. Called spoke to someone who agreed with my issue and was promised a call back. No call back no response to three emails Also no one answers the phone. Expect a lame excuse about COVID-19 to be the reason but took my money quick enough though.”
