“This was my first order with Slims. I messed it up and ordered the wrong size wheel brush. I called them up Monday morning and asked if I could change the order, and spoke with a very friendly and helpful lady., and it was done. No problem, refund for the difference, as the one I needed was a little cheaper, was processed, new item added. I even ordered one more item to be added. I was told put a new order in, pay the carriage and we will refund that too, and they did, no hassle no drama. Package was delivered with in 48 hours, tracked. I am immensely pleased with my very first Slims order. They have a great range of products and suppliers. And the customer service was simply outstanding 10/10. I will, without a doubt, be ordering from Slims again 110% Well done. Sales and service as it should be.”

“Slim's provided iems as ordered. Well packaged and in good condition. loss of one star due to delivery issues... DEeivery txt stated a time between 8.30and 12.30, so I waited in accordingly and re-arranged morning appointments till the afternoon... yep, you guessed delivery wasnt made untill after 5pm.. so lost a day unnecessarily and had to appologise after cancelling appointments that I had re-arranged. ( made me look as efficient as FedEx ).”
