“Slims never fail to be competitive and offer the widest range of car detailing products on the market place. Additionally there wide & extensive knowledge of car detailing world and there commitment to customer care providing and offering advice is the best around. As always delivery’s on time in the shortest time frame far better than there competition. For those Keeno’s out there I suggest Slims is first port of call for advice and products.”

“Disappointed to receive my item which had been put over my 6 ft gate despite orange warning stickers on the box . Then on opening the package the item was not as expected. The image on the website was the one I wanted as this was for a gift . I did however check back in the site & had missed the message to say item might be different. Maybe the website should have updated pictures. I have now found the exact one else where. Thank you.”

“I have used Slim's Detailing on a number of occasions to purchase detailing products for our 2 family vehicles. I have always found their communications to be escellent and orders sent out very quickly. On 2nd December I placed another order for several detailing products and again the response and dispatch was efficient and very quick with delivery due by the courier company overnight and to arrive with me on 3rd December. Problems arose with the courier company who notified me of date and time window of delivery however the package never arrived. Daily this package went out in the van with a time slot for delivery and daily it returned to the depot undelivered.......we were always in and no attempt was ever made to deliver it. The tracking showed this to be the case each day. I made contact with Slim's Detailing by telephone and e-mail and they made contact with the courier to have it delivered......but again it was not. On the last day which was Thursday 9th December the Assistant Branch Manager at Slim's Detailing took the issue up efficiently and made arrangements for a Morelli location in Broxburn near to where I am to uplift the package from the courier company nearby and deliver it personally to me. The courier company had let me down badly but as always Slim's Detailing had me as a customer uppermost in their attention and care. The Manager at Slim's Detailing in Enfield was a Sue Rowsell who I spoke to personally. She went above and beyond what I expected and through her efforts and customer care made those arrangements to have my package uplifted and promptly delivered to me. I am grateful to Sue Rowsell for her customer care and actions and to the driver Andrew from the sister company Morelli in Broxburn, West Lothian, Scotland who efficiently dealt with this problem and resolved the problem that the courier company simply failed in. I will continue to use Slim's Detailing for my products and I submit this review to thank them and acknowledge their ethos for caring for all their customers. Thank You.”
