“I ordered my husband a detailing stool as a Christmas present. When it was delivered the box was dirty, and ripped. The stool had chips, scuffs, scratches and paint missing. The matter was resolved however I paid to have it delivered and expected the packaging and item to be in perfect condition. I would have liked a token as a good will gesture but had nothing apart from a replacement”

“First time used, but not the last, buy loads of detailing products and some have been damaged in delivery, but these were excellently packed and arrived perfect just shame can’t use them yet due to weather so poor. Really pleased”
