“2 Items purchased 1 item not in stock even though offered on the website. Item price refunded. Second item sent but the shipping costs were almost the price of the item. Won't be buy here again ! The item shipped was only purchased to make the shipping costs worthwhile could have got it anywhere and I still need to purchase the other item.”

“This is a company and employees that continually impress. The whole experience is first class from easy ordering, payment and fast deliveries. If ever there is an issue (e.g. something not currently in stock) they do not sit back leaving you in the dark but proactively call for feedback and offer some options but typically resulting favourably to the customer's benefit (as it was in my case). The adhoc absence of +VAT website prices confuse/mislead sometimes but ultimately their pricing is very competitive (including VAT) and regularly cheaper than elsewhere; which gives a confidence that the company is honest and with good ethics. Without a doubt, as a weekend warrior, Slim's Detailing are my go to for 99% of my detailing supplies.”
