“I don't order detailing products very often but when I do, I always use Slims. Easy website, great choice and good prices. Quick delivery a bonus and earning points is decent but not sure I'll ever have enough to redeem against anything!”

“Where to start, paying for next day standard dispatch, and waiting 10 days for delivery was not good customer service, especially when I had to contact you twice, the first time I was informed it would be sent that day Monday, But I had to contact you again and was told that you where extremely busy, well you are not a new company, so being busy I would have thought that would be good for you! Contacting you once should have been enough, resent paying over £4 for postage then have to wait 10 days, not good”

“Prompt professional service offering quality products and service at a competitive price. Ordered 1pm on a Thursday the goods arrived at 11am the next day using the free next business day delivery service. The product arrived in pristine condition protected by both the original manufacturers packaging which had been further protected by the "Slims" own packaging.”
