“Love the Slim's products, but because I live in North Scotland, I wont be buying any more, last order was for £160, but no free delivery, had to pay £7.50. Then went to buy 1 roll of masking tape...still £7.50 delivery. Come on guys, we have roads up here, electricity and inside loo's. I can post to you with no excess delivery charges ?. If you blame your couriers, then your using the wrong couriers.”

“You guys need to changer the currier, APC it's a no no 3 days to get it deliverer, when they was just few houses away on the 15,16 of September 2020, according to their tracking system, and they decide to deliver it on 17 🤷🤦‍♂️”

“I own DJG Valeting Services in Northern Ireland and have been using Slims for a while now, only recently made my biggest purchase through my Slims trade account and it was flawless, it was dispatched on same day I ordered and with me next day. The website is great, plenty of brands and products to choose from. Packing of the products is very good, economic and secure. Prices can range from budget to expensive but obviously sometimes quality can be expensive but there is something there for everyone, from the weekend car cleaner to a professional detailer.”

“Service from slims has been good, the delivery on the other hand has been shocking! Jobs have been lost due to the poor judgement of to the drives leaving parcels at addresses no where near where I live”
