“I always end up going back to Slims, I'm a fan of the reward scheme which actually has me going back and I made a purchase last time which was basically half price because of the rewards I had built up. And when I come to restock on Ceramic coatings I can build that back up again!”

“I’ve been using slims for a few years ordering now and again, but since moving my business into a unit I’m ordering regular and have a trade account, what I like about slims is every time I phone with a question they are super helpful. Despite the covid pandemic and slims saying delivery may be slow it’s always quick even when ordering through the lockdown. A huge bulk of my ordering is now done through slims. Excellent service, excellent products and all round 5 star service.”

“I have beem ordering about once every 2/3 months from Slims for the past 2 years and with one exception the probucts have arrive in perfect condition and on time. The exception being my most recent order. I ordered an 11kg container of Koch Chemie VB and a number of the Koch Chemie spray bottles. The cardboard box arrived damaged and wet and one of the plastic spray bottles was severly dinted, so much so it could not be pushed back out. It was obvious that the box had been mistreated in transit and this had damaged the contents. I emailed Slim's and the next working day I recived a replacement. How Slim's reacted to the problem I faced was exemplary. Great prices, outstanding customer service and quick delivery.”

“I've ordered several times from Slim's. With excellent customer service, they respond quickly to emails. Products are well packaged. I never had any problems with transportation and the products came from UK to Portugal. Good products range. Excellent company to do business with, highly recommended.”
