Item was meant to be next day delivery, it’s now been over a week and still haven’t received it, or any word as to why it hasn’t arrived.

I ordered a Pro-Tec helmet for my Son's Birthday - the helmet [in it's box] was just placed in a postal bag so the Pro-Tec box arrived battered - not a great look for a Birthday Present. Furthermore it was evident that the helmet had previously been opened (it wasn't in its full packaging and the labeling had already been removed). Retrospectively, after I 'd ordered a replacement from another supplier, I found the manual and accessories to be missing. I won't be using Slam City Skates online again.

We are sorry you experienced a better level of service elsewhere. It seems the item you received had been tried on in one our stores and not packed back up correctly. We have since changed our internal process, so that we ensure that items are repacked and we make sure items such as manuals are not lost. Thank you for your feedback.
My order was dispatched on the 5th July and still haven’t received it. Tried sending emails and calling and no one has responded

I bought a pair of shoes online. Got the confirmation order. I waited 4 days for an email saying my shoes were shipped and it never came. I contacted them asking about the shipping of the product and they told me it is out of stock. What if I hadn't contacted them? They would just keep my money and that was it? I'm still waiting for my money back. But the fact they sold me the shoes and them after days waiting they answer me saying is not available was shocking.

Ordered two pairs of Dickies, received one pair. Was told I’d be getting sent the second pair I paid for but I still haven’t received them. Paid for a product I’ve not received. Very unhappy with the service.

The collectors edition box was crushed so either I return the shoes (there are none left in stock I think) and miss out or put up with part of the product being damaged from day 1. I’ve sent a message via insta and had no response.

I am writing today to complain of the poor service I received from your company on February 20, 2019. I have received my order #S00105303 and I was expected that my parcel will be arrived in good and solid condition. But I was so devastated when I opened up the parcel just to see my shoe box was so damaged due to your recklessness and irresponsible action. I think it is a basic common and thought, when you have received an order from outside of UK, you need to make sure that the item is well wrapped with bubble wrap and you ship it with double box to make sure that customer items in great condition, without any damaged upon received. I am totally disappoint by your shipping service.

My order arrived on the 05/02 way after the purchase date because the delivery company DPD Slam City Skates uses are hopeless I’ve had so much problems with them DPD threatened to send the item back to you because they couldn’t be bothered to folllow my delivery instructions finally my order arrived & the box in the bag was damaged luckily the product wasn’t it’s a shame I had to pay for the delivery with my online order because it wasn’t delivered to my satisfaction

Adidas x Palace shoes were sent in a bag and the box came in terribly damaged. Lucky the shoes weren't. Surely you'd know by now that shoes are to be double boxed? I also feel as though I should be compensated for the poor work here.

i order a pair of sneakers, have not got an email confirmation about the sneakers, when I got to the website there no longer there. I tried to get a refund and they are holding my money the credit card company says it pending. they're a ripoff. I wouldn't order nothing from them again

not happy at all! i ordered two hats, paid for two hats, have an order overview for two hats, but only one was delivered. I have contacted customer services which said they would send another....never received. i have since contacted customer services 4 times via email requesting a refund with no reply. i understand this is a busy time of year but i feel ignored and cheated, which is unacceptable.
