“terrible. waited up til midnight for the palace drop, ordered two pieces that sold out instantly, and was told 2 weeks later that they were 'lost in the post', still awaiting a refund”

“not happy at all! i ordered two hats, paid for two hats, have an order overview for two hats, but only one was delivered. I have contacted customer services which said they would send another....never received. i have since contacted customer services 4 times via email requesting a refund with no reply. i understand this is a busy time of year but i feel ignored and cheated, which is unacceptable.”

“It's not you guys, but your choice of courriar. I'm now on my 4th day waiting for delivery. Each day so far I have been top there was no one tere to sign for the package. However I have been in every time. I have taken it up with interlink express but it has left me pretty annoyed. As I say I appreciate this is nothing to do with you, I just probably won't order anything else as I don't particularly want to deal with interlink again. Regards, Ryan”
