“The guys seem really nice and did try to help but unfortunately weren’t able to get my order correct even though I called ahead and was assured it was what I had wanted. I was then given a 10% refund once they apologised for it which wasn’t great. Over all quite dissatisfied.”

“Ordered a deck from Slam City Skates, when ordering I was offered free grip and whether I wanted it fitted, I opted to have it fitted. It was going to be a Christmas gift for my boyfriend (I’ve never bought a board before and don’t skate myself so I don’t have any idea of whether it’s usual practise to have the board gripped, but I assumed it was because I was offered it on check out) - turns out the board is the wrong shape and size so I need to return it. Asked someone on the online chat who advised I can’t return it due to it being gripped, even though it was gripped by Slam City and I had no idea it would therefore be non refundable. A simple ** when you select the option saying *non refundable if board is gripped - doesn’t seem that difficult and would be a whole lot clearer. Was told to email slam city to ‘see what they could do’ but have not received a response despite emailing for a second time. All in all very disappointing service.”

“Never received my order although the service you use says its been delivered been over a week now still investigating it and havent been contacted by anyone to keep me informed and updated i love products from slam city skates and been a loyal customer for years however if this happens again and nothing gets resolved out of this case i will have to seek skate products elsewhere im afraid to say.”

He was looking forward to hang it up on his wall but when we received our package, the box was ripped open and the board was all scratched up. Really disappointed.😔”

“I ordered my daughter a skateboard for us to take on holiday with us. We were leaving on the 5/8/20 so I paid for Next day delivery and it confirmed delivery would be on the Tues the 4/8/20. I placed the order on the weekend. It had not arrived by the time we left on the 5th and only actually attempted delivery on Thursday the 6th! We have now returned from holiday and have the pain of arranging redelivery which will only be delivered on Sat the 15th!!! A whole 11 day after it was meant to arrive and having paid for Next day Delivery. Not a happy customer and a very disappointed daughter”
