I ordered a Pro-Tec helmet for my Son's Birthday - the helmet [in it's box] was just placed in a postal bag so the Pro-Tec box arrived battered - not a great look for a Birthday Present. Furthermore it was evident that the helmet had previously been opened (it wasn't in its full packaging and the labeling had already been removed).
Retrospectively, after I 'd ordered a replacement from another supplier, I found the manual and accessories to be missing.
I won't be using Slam City Skates online again.
