“Good price, well-made product, and delivered within a short timescale from the UK. This compares to a competitor I first ordered with whose blinds are made in EU. My order with them got stuck in French then UK customs resulting in a full refund after 2 weeks of being stuck. I then ordered from Skylight, and they made and delivered my blind all within a week.”

“Save yourself time and hassle and order from somewhere else. The samples took almost 3 weeks to be delivered. We then ordered the blind, but it took 10 working days to be delivered. After waiting 10 working days, they delivered the wrong blind! We were told the replacement blind would be dispatched in 3-5 working days. It is now the 6th working day and no dispatch email. From ordering the sample to receiving the correct blind, it will be over 7 weeks!!”

“We received our LanternLITE Honeycomb Open-view Blind ordered from Skylight blinds in good order, really well packaged & transported from Dubai. Assembly was fine, following the videos supplied by Skylight. It was tough to get the joints together, but this is a good thing as you don't want it loose! We had a long blind (over 2.2m) so the side runners have a join, therefore it can be a little snaggy over the join (hence 4 stars). WARNING: you must follow the company instructions and measure the RECESS opening, I didn't (I measured where we wanted to place it in the void) and therefore it was a very tight fit (my mistake). After some recess trimming, the blind has fitted well, looks & operates very well (we also have the Somfy Tahoma Switch which links to Amazon Alexa through the app). Note: It did require 3 persons to finally fit, 2 to hold & 1 to screw fix into position. The assistance from Naomi (Skylight POC UK based) was exceptional, helping us through all our queries & my mis-measurement frustrations. I would definitely recommend Skylight blinds. Note: we had other Somfy controlled devices in the house which we have now all connected to Tahoma Switch & Alexa RESULT!”

“Website is very misleading, poor customer service. The blind slide rails fall 3mm short and there is daylight coming in. Post office confirmed returns address is not registered on their system, therefore how do I know £9 paid will ensure it’s signed for by Bloc Blinds ?”

Hi Clare so sorry about your experience. We do mention on every page of the website that sells blinds for Keylite windows that our blinds are not compatible with windows with T or P prefix.

“Sky Fit -Easy to Fit? Installation instructions were unsuitable for my use. Had to figure it out myself. Correct fittings were supplied but not mentioned in the installation video. Pre-drilled side channels would have helped. It was difficult to ensure the holes were central to internal moulding which pulled the channel out of line if not correct. Blind tape take-up drums were not correctly aligned- a long way out in fact - I had to dismantle and correct it myself. Somfy electric motors are great. I already have had 6 in use elsewhere for a number of years. Can't fault the SkyLight Blinds sales team.”

“I tried several suppliers because I could not identify one of the skylights I had. Only Sky Light Blinds Direct took the trouble to resolve this issue. All 4 blinds fitted perfectly & I fitted them very quickly. The blackout blinds live up to their name. Would I use them again? I would if I had any skylights without a blind!”
