“Skin Shop are easy to order from & answer their calls quickly. Had a slight problem in as much as tried to order on line & encountered a problem so rang instead to place my order. Discovered 2 lots of the same payment on my credit card & when I queried this was told that I had in fact ordered 2 lots so I now have 6 items instead of 3. However, I have decided to keep them as although Skin Shop said I could return one package for a full refund I have decided to keep it as I will use it all eventually.”

“Have very severe eczema and am constantly trying to find products that do not irritate my skin Ordered some of your cream and have only used it twice so not entirely sure how it will go I am still looking for a bath emollient, but could not find one on your site which is a shame!”
