“Every now and again my scalp becomes itchy, dry and scabs sometimes appear and the only way I can get my scalp back into balance is the Oregon shampoo and conditioner. I've tried many other products but the Oregon pack works for me. It really is the kindest product I've found.”

“One of my brow serums arrived completely empty. The liquid was all inside my package. The rest of the products were fine.”

“When I received the Duo pack, the concealed was all dried up in a big clump and whatever was inside the tube was very thick. I was afraid to use the contents of the tube and unable to use the concealer so I threw them both away. I feel that I deserve a full refund for the products/shipping and tax. I'm incredibly disappointed.”

“I've battled with excema for years and never really found anything that helped other than prescription steroids. I read an article about your tumeric and milk lotion and decided to give it a try. It is WONDERFUL!! I noticed an improvement after the 1st use and my skin just keeps getting better!!! If you have excema give this a try. It is worth it.”

“I’ve been using Skin Shop shampoo for years and it’s been a real lifesaver for me as it’s the only shampoo that doesn’t leave my scalp unbearably itchy. My only complaint is that I received a bottle with a faulty lid a couple of months back, and there was a lot missing from the bottle; I emailed to let them know and received nothing in reply, no apology or partial refund which I found surprising.”
