I still struggle with redeeming my points. It is a very complicated system. I use Kalme products and was offered 20% off my order if I purchased more than £50 worth which I did and it was not possible to add the discount
I emailed my discontent and requested a contact from customer services
Nothing has happened and am not happy about this
If only I could buy Kalme products elsewhere but unfortunately for me they are only sold through The Skin Shop
