This is not a criticism of Skiddle per se, it is the whole industry. There is yet another assumption that I want another app on my phone in order to get something (ie tickets).

It was easy enough to book but when I came to get my tickets it said they would be ready 19th April. My memory isn't very good and unless I have tickets to constantly remind me. Once the tickets have been paid they should be available straight away.

Log in page got stuck in a loop even after changing my password. Thinking of printing my tickets in case have same issue when trying to get into the venue

Hi Ryan, Thank you for your feedback. Skiddle is a self-service platform and the event organisers determine the ticket pricing structure themselves. Due to this, ticket prices are subject to change as agreed upon purchase and Skiddle have no control over this. In the circumstances that promoters run a promotion\offer\reduction on the price of tickets, we're unfortunately unable to issue a refund. Ticket prices are set by the promoter, so any queries regarding this are to be taken up with them directly. MK Skiddle Customer Support

The ticket buying process was actually fine, it was more the after experience. The email with the ticket was sooo wordy and it was very hard to find my ticket. I was hoping I'd just be able to download the ticket but I had to get the app. On top of that, i paid for the whatsapp confirmation... again, I thought this would have my ticket but instead it was just a confirmation of my purchase... that side of the experience I would say was very poor

The queue for logging on to this event was ridiculous as waiting 25 minutes to purchase a ticket is unexceptionable . Juvvy need to spread the ticket purchasing as the site kept crashing! Also juvvy need to inform on how many tickets are going on sale as there were alot of disappointed teenagers where parents struggled for a ticket !

It was very stressful trying to complete the purchase. I tried 4 times? on different bank cards. Each time a message came up your session has time out in red.I went back into your site and started again this time I secured a ticket .I did feel upset and anxious because I did not know it could be a scam because I did put OPT codes from the banks and also put in my 3 secure numbers from the cards🤔

This is a set time limit so that purchasing tickets is fair for all customers, and so tickets can be released if checkout is incomplete.
