I struggled a bit.wanted to pay by PayPal.but wasn't sure it asking my details about mortgage rental etc.how much I pay. That's private not felt right.

Very expensive booking fee...£7.20p extra for 8 tickets...last time I'll be spending my money this way..

Hi Gary, Thank you for leaving a review. Booking fees are charged simply because we pay the full face value of your ticket back to the event organiser. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. This includes overheads such as debit/credit card processing fees, VAT, customer services, call handling, account management, administration, website development, secure server costs and profit. LOVE the alternative to TicketMaster which I would give zero stars to. I didn't find it that intuitive and It asks for a lot of personal info up front without allowing me to autocomplete. That was a bit of a faff. Payment could be easier - i prefer to use Amex so am unable to use Apple Pay on your app which is by far my preference. PayPal is not as easy. Be great if there were a calendar/diary entry in the confirmation email so i can more easily book. Keep developing yourselves!

You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. Downloading your tickets: https://bit.ly/3WKrGJY You are also able to log into the app to access your tickets in your order history, or via skiddle.com/orders. MK Skiddle Customer Support Team

Main point of frustration is there is no information when booking of ticket format, no idea or options for e-ticket or physical tickets. You have no option but to proceed and pay, only afterwards are you made aware that you will need to download the app to access your e-ticket regardless of whether this will be convenient for you

In order to combat ticket touting and unauthorised duplication of tickets, you may notice that your Rapidscan barcodes have been suspended. ​ This is done by the event organiser and not Skiddle. So solid ,and dj luck and mc neat at stealth originally supposed to be at the palais with oxide and neutrino, kelly le rok ,venue changed to stealth, and so did the ticket price it went up in price ,purchased the vip tickets at £27.50 ,to which I could of purchased the general ticket at the cheaper price as that was the service we got We cued up with the general ticket buyers so no priority entry anyway , plus the vip bar didn't have drinks we asked for so basically told to go to the other bar anyway so paid extra to then get general ticket service 😉 not happy ,but acts was excellent

Skiddle's venue was safe. It had water for patrons, but also was built to profit off drunk patrons. The line to get in was 2 hours long. Ridiculous wait time - arguably to prevent crowd issues but still ridiculous. Venue was clean. I felt thankful for the workers, who did a great job keeping the area efficient.

Gave me 10 mins grace to purchase tickets but wouldn’t let me type in card number. Had to try 3 times. Had to come out and start again, other than that easy enough site to use

Hey there, Thanks for leaving a review, In order to combat ticket touting and unauthorised duplication of tickets, you may notice that your Rapidscan barcodes have been suspended. This is done by the event organiser and not Skiddle. Skiddle are unable to release your tickets to you any sooner than the date and time stated under your order. Please check when your ticket(s) can be downloaded. This can be up to 1 day before the event. To check this, visit the 'tickets' tab on the app and click on your event. I usually think its good, but I was in a queue for pre order tickets, at a cost of £44. I had 2 in my basket then signed in and they had gone. all the opre odfers had sold in one minute and I ended up paying £52. Very annoying.

When attempting to secure early bird tickets when an event first goes on sale, we always suggest logging in before you join the queue to make the booking process as seamless as possible. However, as you logged in and refreshed the page, we couldn't transfer the tickets in your guest account's basket to your Skiddle account's basket. My daughter has been to many under 18's bounce and was disappointed with the Christmas one at the federation brewery as Andy Whitby and tazo weren't there and also the venue had a poor turnout compared to past experiences,the atmosphere wasn't the same.
