They stop free return delivery so I stopped buying more cause always size problem.

Hi Adnan, we've never offered a free return service sorry we have however just made the return process super simple with a new portal
I have bought a lot of Sinners clothing over the years and was happy with everything. I’m a medium in everything I bought so bought medium again but far to big so wanted to exchange for small but I have to pay to return items and if small is no good I have to pay for return again so it’s a very expensive gamble. It’s really unfortunate but will not be purchasing again.

Something went wrong when I placed the order. It selected Large and on purchase confirmation came SX. Straight away I sent a message to cancel my order, no response for the entire day. Later, I received a tracking number and in a few hours, the customer support email reply said that parcel was in transit and it can not be cancelled anymore—very cheater company.

I have purchased a number of items from Sinners Attire in the past. Unfortunately whilst the products look good on their website, the ones I received quickly deteriorated presumably due to poor manufacturing standards. When I asked for a refund I was initially told by the USELESS customer service representatives that I was not entitled to a refund due to it being past 30 days and they were not interested. I then had to explain the Consumer Rights Act to them (?!) after which they did not bother to respond but instead sent a replacement product which again failed and cost me just as much to have repaired, without an apology in sight. I then returned some items back in December in which one of the order forms was not completed correctly. It has taken 3 months since my initial query and I am out of pocket by over £80 as despite proof of postage they are refusing to acknowledge that the items were returned. These people are nothing but THIEVES selling poor quality items and do not care in the slightest about customer service. Apparently they don't even have an inventory system so the returns have MAGICALLY disappeared. I am now having to raise a chargeback dispute with my bank over an issue which could have been very easily avoided if they had any idea of customer care and will cost them far more in staff time and reputation going forwards. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

encomenda LY311079203DE enviada EXPEDIÇÃO INTERNACIONAL 21-10-2021 passado quase 2 meses houve a 1a tentativa de entrega DISTRIBUIÇÃO 02-12-2021 após mais 3 tentativas de entrega a encomenda foi posta em processo de devolução ´ saiu de PORTUGAL EXPEDIÇÃO INTERNACIONAL 18-12-2021 ENTREGA CONSEGUIDA 31-01-2022 08:23:00 IPZ NIEDE atenção que quando uma encomenda esta neste tipo de situação as marcas não se responsabilizam o certo é que houve um pagamento e neste tempo todo entre 21-10-2021 e 04-02-2022 eu não tive devolução nenhum o apoio a cliente vem aqui dizer que responde e que quando chegar ate eles que devolvem epah a encomenda já esta como entregue não é mais a minha responsabilidade isto tudo para avisar que não vale a pena fazerem devoluções ou trocas nesta loja. dai a grandeza deles EMPATAM o dinheiro dos clientes e como estao noutro pais acham que podem fazer o que quiserem. isto pra indicar a exclentissima marca que vai haver mais uma acção da minha parte e não é em PORTUGAL

Ordered pair of jeans on the thursday, paid for next day delivery. No email conformation came through, messaged some one about it, (who where nice enough) but didnt really sort anything out, said they'd be in touch with updates. Heard nothing till i had to chase again on the tuesday. Asked to see if i could get my next day delivery fee back since it was 6days late. Heard nothing from that either. Shame cause i like there stuff.

OVER 1/5 MONTH I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY 4 (periodically) PURCHASES. TRYING TO SPEAK WITH THEM AND IF U ARE LUCKY AND YOU GET AN ANSWER FROM THEM, THEY ARE REPLYING YOU WITH A URL LINK OF DHL LIKE GO FIND IT YOURSELF. IN THE BEGINNING THEY TOLD ME THAT THE PARCEL LEFT FROM UK, I AM CALLING MY COUNTRYS POST AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY NEVER RECEIVED PARCELS WITH THOSE TRACKING NUMBERS. IF YOU LIVE ABROAD DONT BUY FROM THEM. I DONT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.

Order was canceled on 6. December, and after a month I still not received any refund and also didn't get any answer to several mails. Worst support I've ever seen. Seems like I will have to involve my lawyer to get my money back.

I ordered one pair of jeans on the 28th November and two payments were taken from my account. I emailed sinners attire and got s cheeky response! They then sent me another pair of jeans to cover themselves which I then sent back recorded delivery on the 18th December and I am still waiting on a refund. Worst customer service ever.

I was waiting for a product that should have arrived on Thursday. I had put my address well but when the package was on delivery they said that my street address was missing and the package has not been delivered. They had my mobile number and they could have called me to ask me the street number but they didn't. I contacted the customer service to have my money back; they said they would fix the issue. I didn't receive neither the package nor any new communication. Shameful.

I used a bag a couple of times, and the spikes already coming out only from wearing it on my waist... Portuguese. Usei a bolsa 2 ou 3 vezes e os picos estão a saltar, apenas de a usar a cintura.

Hi Alexander, as this is an international order you need to make the duty/import tax payment before receiving this with the couriers, they have informed us they are trying to contact you without response. Until this payment is made they will not deliver the order
I have been waiting 10 days for my package and the package return back to sinners store. Now i have wait for it 10 days more. Very bad shipment service to spain HORRIBLE
