“My purchased arrived fast, unfortunately It was too big, your clothes seem to be on the big size. I returned the shirt right away but I'm still waiting for my refund! It's been near a month, not nice! Many thanks for your assistance Oscar”

Hi Oscar, apologies for any issues you may have received, with regards to the sizing we do provide a full size guide online for all products this would include both the chest size and length of each item. please can you email your return tracking number to sales@sinnersattire.com and we can look into this a little further for you, we do advise 7-14 days during busy periods to process returns this would start from the day your return would have arrived back with us Kind Regards Becki

“Having looked at the other negative reviews I find myself in the same unfortunate position. my order was placed on the 20th of October where I ordered two windcheater jackets both in extra small size. I had a random text message on the 29th saying one of my orders has been refunded. Having spoke to someone online they stated that my jacket was out of stock so that was the means for the refund. I asked them as to why after 9 days I heard nothing about my order being sent or anything, they said: There has been an issue with stock/moving warehouse and apologize. To then ask when my other jacket from the same order will be sent and with me, they said on the 30th of October it will be processed/sent........ Both jackets were in stock when I ordered. If there was a problem with moving warehouse or stock issues they should keep customers in the loop better instead of randomly wondering what is going on! Not very professional. To be honest from a company I would expect more of an apology and maybe an extra discount or means for the fault on their part.”

Hi Marcus, apologies we've literally moved warehouse again this week to a brand new facility which will allow us to send orders out for next day delivery up until 8pm-10pm at night. Unfortunately during the move from one warehouse to the other we've found slight stock discrepancies which happen over time due to things link human error, returns, exchanges, faulties e.t.c this is something nobody will get 100% correct when dealing with 1000's of items per day in and out of the warehouses. The stock errors are normally only highlighted after a stock count or when we get down to the very last few items of that style for example our system maybe showing 2 in stock but it may actually be sold out which is what has happened here sorry. Once we had found this out we've refunded the missing item immediately and dispatched the order. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused and please feel free to use SIN10 for 10% OFF any future orders Kind Regards Becki

Hi Jimmy, apologies the shirt you ordered doesn't fit, we do have a size guide on the website which should help you choose the correct size before ordering. As we have quite a large range of products, we do recommend checking measurements as we sell a range of different styles and fits, for example the muscle tee's would fit a lot differently to the drop shoulder tees we accept returns for up to 30 days for international customer so you can send this back if you're not completely happy

“The jeans were supposed to be 30 short, compared it to my river island 30 short jeans was suddenly way longer... the skinny fit well was not skinny fit at all hate it. Waste of money”

“Ordered a couple of t-shirts and some shorts for my partner as a present, when the t-shirt was taken out of the bag it had a big hole in the back! I’ve now had to pay more than the initial delivery price to send back a faulty item. If the original item came in good condition, as you would expect it to, I would of been more than happy. Think it is highly unfair I’ve had now spend nearly half of what the item cost to return for a reason that is no fault of my own.”

Hi Sophie, if you had contacted us first we would have told you that a photo of the problem would have been enough to save the expense of sending this back and we could have sent a replacement out the same day. sorry for any problems that you've had all items are QC'd at the factory but a few do slip through the net sorry but we are more than happy to replace or refund these

“Loooove the clothing! However... when i wasn't home when the delivery man came. He left it at a service point, wich is located 1 hour drive from here. The shipping could also been better, took 10 Days to recieve it, but thats live able.. other then that, great price and clothing”

“Styles & colours fine - sizes are Asian.... They don't correlate to UK sizes at all. Thus;unless you are under 5foot 5 and weigh less than 9 stone - most of the male clothes won't fit.”

“I order my jeans from sinners all the time and the fit is great however, there always seems to be a slight problem. I’ve had 5 or 6 pairs now from you and only one problem free! The first pair had black dye coming off on my legs and clothes, the second pair had no dye in the jeans and looked grey rather than black (colour I paid for), the third pair had a faulty loose button, the fourth pair had a zip which wouldn’t stay zipped up as the teeth bit was missing and the final pair had a zip which wouldn’t undo and ended up breaking. I am a bit hesitant to order from you now as I don’t want to have another faulty pair of jeans.”

“I was going to return this tshirt as there is a fault with one of the sleeves. The black tape design was longer on the left side, which made the sleeve stick out oddly. Also the collar was hanging to one side as though it had been stretched out & damaged. But before I tried it on I had removed the tag on the tshirt. In your terms, I am not able to return if tag is removed. So assume that I will need to keep it. Im disappointed as I thought your products were good quality due to the price & from friends recommendations. Mr D Bray”

“Half of order was wrong. Had to contact mulitple times before a response. Was told to pay to return the wrong item you sent me (I live in the US and it wasn’t cheap) and never refunded the return shipping fee I was told would be refunded to me.”
