“Ordered a new Heritage loo seat from Simply Bathrooms acouple of weeks ago. There was a good choice or products - all competitivel-priced. Having the detailed dimensions is absolutely critical - all loos are NOT the same! The SB wbsite is good, and delivery was on time and very fast. Will certainly use SB again for plumbing products when required”

“Ok at selling goods but a shocking returns policy by the manager. £50+vat to return a hand basin witht the value of £79. It cost £4.49 to receive it. Disgusting, & please beware of the returns policy before purchasing. Look everywhere else before buying from here. 😡😡”

“Although the Smokey blue was out of stock, we settled on the Pink. The product it's self is brilliant quality with the grout lines being indented 1mm to give it some texture. Mounted on Birch Ply too. I cut it in half, trimmed the tongue off and used it as a 1.2m x .6m splash back in the downstairs toilet. The company them self's let them self down. Although they did inform me our original chosen colour is discontinued (they need to remove it from website) I constantly had to chase to ask if its ben ordered/ when I'm expecting it. It seems emails are ignored and messages don't get relayed in the office. I clearly left notes to the store over the phone, which i know they wrote down on the delivery note "call customer when an hour away". This is because it comes on a pallet (2.4m x .6m) and it needed to be signed for. The company didn't call and i was worried by 4pm that they wont deliver/ I'll be charged. Extremely lucky for me, my decorator just so happened to be here 30 minutes before it arrived and he struggled to bring it into the house. Original plan was to lay it flat in the garage. While the product is of a fantastic quality and i know it wont fail (Joiner by trade and used to make similar stuff to this), overall experience was poor. Unlikely to order again from these.”
