“The valves were received broken. I contacted them and said they would send a replacement. And I’m still waiting. It’s been a week. And now no response. It took over a week to even receive them originally and already rearranged a plumber. Poor service.”

“I needed a vanity unit quickly as the one that I ordered didn't work for my cloakroom. Simply Bathrooms had the perfect vanity and they provided great customer service over the phone. It was so nice to be able to speak to a person rather than using chat! The vanity unit arrived within 3 days as stated and it is perfect.”
