“asked for a replacement for a seat that was still in guarantee as the finish was cracking. Requested one day and a new seat arrived the following day. Excellent customer service.”

“The service from Simply Bathrooms was excellent. The product, sadly, was not. The flip top plug when closed allows the water to drain faster than the old plug did when wide open.Looks good though.”

“Click clack unit for bath waste works well but fitting instructions very basic and plastic compression nut for overflow attachment flimsy, snapped as I tightened, luckily I had better quality compression nut from previous fitting which was compatible. The unit works well, seals well and no leaks on first time fitting but I thought plastic fittings would be better quality given that it was described as deluxe. Arrived within specified timeframe. Reasonable price.”

“The valves were received broken. I contacted them and said they would send a replacement. And I’m still waiting. It’s been a week. And now no response. It took over a week to even receive them originally and already rearranged a plumber. Poor service.”
