“Great customer service with personal… Great customer service with personal updates from ordering to delivery. Very quick and on time delivery by friendly courier. Very well packaged with no bits missing! The Palmako Emilia greenhouse was a great price compared to competitors. Really good quality product that went up surprisingly well. Just 2 of us installed with the help of good instructions, glass suckers, tall steps and electric screwdrivers. Considering the height, pitch and wealth of glass we were pretty impressed with ourselves! Purchased roof cresting ourselves to finish it off and prevent birds sitting there. Love the finished greenhouse and so do friends. Highly recommend Simply Log Cabins - great co to buy from!”

“Very pleased with my log cabin. We have the 5x3 Sottland 2 cabin. It could have come with step by step instructions but once we got going it was straight forward enough. Lewis was very helpful with any questions we had. The quality is excellent. We're making the cabin our own now its all up and running. We call our cabin, cabin in the woods.”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing service & support throughout the whole process, from purchase to completion the communication from Lewis was fantastic, even when I made a mistake cutting the logs for the optional window, Lewis kept me calm and we got it sorted. Also have to mention the delivery service from Paul at Wrefords Transport, he was very helpful on the day. It makes such a difference when the company you are purchasing from has chosen a great transport company. We went for the Oakham, purely due to our remote location as this cabin has the 70mm logs, it’s absolutely solid and very spacious. The quality of the cabin is second to none. As mentioned we went for the optional rear window which were so glad we did, definitely worth the extra cost. When you unpack the delivery it’s a bit daunting but the cabin was easy enough to build once you’ve organised all the bits. I did most of it on my own and got some help with the roof. The instructions could do with being a bit better especially around windows & doors etc but we got there. If I was to build one again I’d probably have a few long screws handy as I did have some logs that wouldn’t quite drive home so could’ve done with a few screws just to level them off but there wasn’t too many. Just a few bits to complete with oiling and electrics just in time for winter nights in with friends. We looked locally at other cabins but this one is far superior. Totally recommend Simply Log Cabins.”

“I am very happy with my purchase from Simply Log Cabins/Gudrum. I was undecided which log cabin to order (I had a shortlist of 3) but after some discussion with Lewis at Gudrum he recommended the Lasita Osland Belmont 1. The cabin arrived on the specified day, the driver was very friendly and helpful. The wood was of very good quality and well machined, we had all the correct pieces with none damaged or misshapen. I put it together myself with help from my father-in-law (it's a two person job) and it went together quickly and easily. I would definitely recommend both Simply Log Cabins and the Lasita cabins.”

“We've just finished putting up the 'Osland Tampa'. It has been a great experience & the shed/cabin looks a treat. If you study the plan/instructions carefully before commencing, you will hopefully enjoy the project as much as we did. We did have the added bonus of some lovely dry days, which was a godsend with everything spread out on the lawn, but if you do struggle, Lewis in Customer Service, I'm sure, will sort you out? “Our cabin was ordered and delivered within a few weeks on time as planned. Communication between us and the company was good. helpful delivery driver carried it to the top of our drive. We had concerns about the quality as the price was so reasonable, but we need not of worried , it was as good as some of the most expensive ones if not better. We love it .”
