“Love the cabin.went together really nice. Have only given 4 stars because the instructions where awful. Needed a degree in construction to understand them”

Hi Tony, Thanks for leaving your review. The cabins do get brought over from Estonia and this is where the instructions would come from so we apologise if this was a little confusing. We do have some technical people in the office who would have been able to help and talk you through this if you needed to call. But thank you for the image - this looks great! “Our cabin arrived on time and was unloaded quickly. It's very solid and substantial and looks lovely in the garden. We've painted and furnished it now and it's a great addition to our garden. There's a but though! The instructions for building it were very poor. The diagrams weren't clear, the screws, nuts etc were all mixed together and it took a good while and plenty of toil and sweat for us to work out where to start. They were very difficult to follow even for our friend who'd previously built two cabins from your company. Make the diagrams clearer and easier to follow and you would have a 5 star product. As it is I've had to give 4 stars.”

“Process with Simply Log Cabins was simple and straightforward. We had an issue with the wrong item being delivered but that was the fault of the manufacturer NOT SLC and it was resolved very quickly.”

“It was hassle free and the staff were first class in providing me with any questions I had, also the lorry driver was very helpful and put our cabin as close as he could to our house as he could Good Job👍”
