“Thoroughly excellent purchase! Just taken delivery of a Hanna 7.6, but delighted with the purchase so far. Have been looking at their log cabin summerhouses for some while because of the very high specifications and very attractive prices. I say delighted "So far" only because it is still beautifully packaged (waterproof) on its pallet and I will update this once built, but I have no reason to doubt that it will be excellent. So - this review is about the order and delivery process which has been faultless throughout. The Log Cabin staff are helpful and knowledgeable, quickly responding to any query raised. Couldn't ask for anything more from them or their haulage contractor. Wrefords Transport were also top quality. The 1200Kg pallets arrived on time and in perfect condition. The delivery driver could not have been more helpful and went out of his way to offer positive, helpful suggestions about the off-load. He was also an expert fork lift driver, placing the pallets with millimetre precision. On top of this, he was professional, friendly and had a positive outlook throughout. Could not ask for more.”

“I'm entirely content with all aspects of the supply of the Jagram Harrogate (large) summerhouse - it is of good quality, well machined, fits together correctly and is good value for money. There are two points that should be noted by future owners as follows :- Point 1 - the summerhouse will leak rain water unless the sealant supplied (for which there are no instructions as to where it should be used) is applied to ALL exterior horizontal and vertical joins on the walls. When done there are no leaks! Point 2 - When fitting the roof, DO NOT screw/nail sections in place until ALL the sections (both lower and upper) have been tacked in place and their positions adjusted so they fit correctly. Following the picture guidance on positioning the first lower section will NOT NECESSARILY result in the final lower section matching the first and adjustment may be necessary - hence tack all round first and check! Some photos of the completed and fully fitted s/h attached.”

“Now that the Cabin is complete, I feel it`s time to review it! First delivery and driver, 5 Star. The driver parked his artic over half a mile away from my land is located (rural). He then drove with Manatou from the lorry to within 1 meter of where I was building in the woods and the positioning was perfect. Trust me, impressive and seemed no bother considering the distance, so many thanks to the driver. Really felt he went the extra mile! The cabin itself is very good quality, the best price I have seen by far. Once completed it was about 10,mm out on all sides, more luck than judgment on my part I feel. Overall a really good experience I would recommend the Cabin, you won't find it cheaper. The next step is to insulate! Thanks again!”

“We bought two log cabins. Both cabins were delivered within the time frame guided. We were called one week before delivery and the delivery team arrived when they said without any problems. We have built both cabins without any issues, windows doors e.c.t are all perfect - I never leave reviews good or bad tbh but we are so pleased with both cabins I had to leave a review. I was a bit dubious ordering as I’d found a few negative reviews online but in all honesty the entire process was so smooth - exactly as it said on the website. We can’t fault the quality or service and I’d say you’d be hard done to be able to buy the wood alone for the price of the cabin. We are over the moon and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend ordering. Only slight negative is that we ordered two cabins but only received one free patio heater - would have placed to separate orders if is have know 😅 Thanks a lot, will be ordering again!”

“Delivery period was much earlier than I expected, which was a bonus. Delivery driver was very helpful. Quality of the wood is excellent. Assembly instructions were adequate, but may prove difficult to follow for 1st timers! Assembly itself was very straightforward, but really needs two people. Very pleased with my finished shed. Would definitely recommend to others”

“Had no problem ordering and delivery. Driver was very helpful and patient and an absolute gentleman. The quality of the log cabin is very good, had some pieces a bit cracked but nothing major. The assembly documents could have been better. By the way, I'm inside the log cabin now!”

“Good company service and price. My Sauna was delivered by forklift up a small narrow lane. The pallet was well packed and weatherproof.. The quality of the timber and machining was first class. Construction was good all the pieces fitted no issues. Read the instructions and unpack then read them again. Take time with the construction and enjoy it. I now have a lovely garden sauna for many years to come..”

“Excellent, helpful customer service. Very convenient delivery arrangements. Great log cabin, exactly what I was after and a great price. Not simple to construct (a little more detail in the instructions as to which part is which would be useful) but two of us had it up in a day.”
