“Smart website, good delivery. Summerhouse delivered damaged, Trims dont find, Window and door hinges rubbish, marker pen writing on floor subframe on side that faces out. Communication with Simply Log cabins just ends up being endless emails with nothing resolved, they appear to be used to receiving negative feedback and reviews. If you are impressed by their website then lower your expectation of what you are actually going to receive. I wouldnt be a returning customer”

We are sorry to hear that the summerhouse arrived damaged, it is very uncommon for there to be any issues with these, we get these cabins direct from the factory which are based in Estonia so we can have this reported to them for you.
