We bought two log cabins. Both cabins were delivered within the time frame guided. We were called one week before delivery and the delivery team arrived when they said without any problems. We have built both cabins without any issues, windows doors e.c.t are all perfect - I never leave reviews good or bad tbh but we are so pleased with both cabins I had to leave a review. I was a bit dubious ordering as I’d found a few negative reviews online but in all honesty the entire process was so smooth - exactly as it said on the website. We can’t fault the quality or service and I’d say you’d be hard done to be able to buy the wood alone for the price of the cabin. We are over the moon and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend ordering. Only slight negative is that we ordered two cabins but only received one free patio heater - would have placed to separate orders if is have know 😅 Thanks a lot, will be ordering again!
