“Very good service and staff. I had 2 fairly long term storage contracts with Simon Long. I did have to query the 2nd quote as it seemed very high compared to the 1st storage quote. They looked at it again and readjusted the amount which I subsequently accepted. I will however still give 5/5 as staff, both in the office and the removals team, were excellent.”

“Excellent. I used Simon Long Removals for a long distance move from Cambridgeshire to Shropshire. The guys loading my furniture were very professional & took great care to ensure that none of my belongings were damaged in any way. The contents of my 3 bed house were all packed away within approx. 3 hours. I used there storage facilities originally for 3 weeks but this turned into 12 months due to the loss of purchase properties. During this time I needed to access my belongings. Simon Long were very accommodating. My storage pods were ready and waiting and a member of staff helped with searching for the items I required & then helped to re-pack the pods I had opened. When I finally moved to a property in Shropshire, Simon Long personnel again were very professional in unloading my belongings & took great care to ensure that none of my belongings were damaged in any way. When I unpacked my furniture items, I was very pleased to find that not a single item had been damaged in any way and none of my furniture suffered any ill effects from being "in store" for such a long period. I have no hesitation in recommending Simon Long removals. They offer a very professional service at a reasonable cost. Their personnel are professionally trained and very experienced in handling large or small items of furniture. Thank you Simon Long Removals.”

“We can’t rate Simon Long Removals highly enough. After a legal disaster on the day stopped our move they were very supportive and assured us that they would be able to move us as soon as it was resolved. And indeed when that day finally came, the crew were as before incredibly helpful, cheerful and professional, and the team at the office coordinated another crew to join them when the slow money transfers made for a late finish.”

“I haven’t used this company and wouldn’t totally inconsiderate overnight parking in a residential area on the pavement ensuring the local disabled people can’t access their cars as they are unable to get to them as their lorry is parked in the pavement”

“First time we have used Simon Long and we were not disappointed.. very helpful customer service and very patient with us as our moving date kept being delayed. The guys who moved us worked really hard for 2 days.. friendly and helpful, we couldn’t have asked for more. Would highly recommend using this company.”
