“The removal team we had on the day of our move were fantastic. Very helpful and accommodating to our requests. I would recommend this company to any one who I knew moving house, in fact I already have! The storage company in King's Lynn where I collected the boxes for packing were also extremely helpful and friendly - a great service from them also.”

“The lads worked very hard all day during the packing and also during the removal the following days. Also they were very polite, helpful and friendly. They worked so efficiently that they packed things we should have kept aside as 'needed' but that was down to our inexperience at moving. Things arrived safe and sound and, apart from one issue with getting a bed into a room, all went smoothly with the unpacking. Overall an efficient job well done. Might be worth considering the option for people to pay for full insurance during transit as this was a risk we decided to take but other people may be put off by the minimal 'basic' insurance.”

“I have moved house many times and always hired a van and had help from friends. This time I decided to use a professional removal company. I wish I hadn't. The removal men seemed to be more concerned about speed than taking care of my possessions. Furniture was damaged. The cost for this service was nearly £500 to move me just up the road. The guys arrived at 8.00 and finished by 1 o'clock, which included them sitting outside my new house for at least 30 min whilst they had a break. I would never use a removal company again, will stick with hiring a van with friends helping, at least my friends treat my possessions with respect. Very disappointed.”

“I found the whole process of dealing with Simon Long Removals very easy and was impressed with everybody I dealt with and how professional the company were. The day went smoothly and the two chaps worked like Trojans on the hottest day of the year. I would have no qualms in recommending this company to anyone.”

“This is the first time that we had moved in 20 years, from our initial contact with Simon Long Removals, through our questions and during our move, the staff we dealt with were polite and professional. E-mail questions were responded to promptly and booking our move was very easy. On te day of the move, the team arrived, as advised and floor protection was laid throughout our house. After a brief walkover, the team began loading our belongings. The team were polte, courteous and very professional throughout, and this continued when we arrived at our new property, with everything being unloaded, as required. The whole experience was very good and I would highly recommend them.”

“The team arrived on time and were very efficient and worked in a clean manner with floor protectors laid as they came in the front door. They were very professional and even after a 2 hour journey to our new home they continued to work until the job was done at 5pm! We would recommend you to others. Thank you for making a stressful day run so smoothly.”

“Every contact we had with the company was friendly, efficient and very professional. We could not ask for a better service. We obtained about 4 quotes and Simon Long Removals were highly competitive and extremely efficient. Removal day came and their team were very friendly and respectful of our property. We arranged several weeks ago for the used packing boxes to be collected today (12th Jan) and, true to their word, Stacey arrived right on time to collect them. They made a stressful time so much easier and I cannot recommend them more highly. Excellent...5 Stars. Ann & Mike”

“Three men arrived to move us, they were really nice, friendly and helpful guys. They moved us incredibly quickly, packed up the entire house, moved us and unloaded in one day... which was great. Or so we thought. It was only when we started unpacking did we find broken, chipped and cracked glasses, wooden shelving placed on top of bedside lamps, crushing the shades (!), a delicate paper lamp shade for a large floor lamp was folded in half and stuffed into the bottom of a box with books and files thrown on top, two of our own plastic loft storage boxes were completely shattered but worst of all is the damage to our sofa - all of which will cost hundreds of pounds to repair and replace so to say we're annoyed is an understatement!”

“The men arrived on time and work like troopers all day. I could not fault them in any way. They were very understanding and iron out little snags . making our move has stress free as possible. I would recommend the team of men and your company and would use you again. But will not be moving for a long time I hope”

“Chaos on the day 2 blokes worked solidly all day, i was promised 4. Confusion about the vehicles, more people turned up to unload at the destination. 2 agency workers apsolutly useless. Wouldnt recomend. Fabrick on sofa torn, plates and glasses brocken.”

“I haven’t used this company and wouldn’t totally inconsiderate overnight parking in a residential area on the pavement ensuring the local disabled people can’t access their cars as they are unable to get to them as their lorry is parked in the pavement”
