“Didn’t use them but someone else nearby did - they caused serious damage to a metal bollard and the pavement outside my home but didn’t even bother to tell their customer. They didn’t leave a note for me so I came home to find utter carnage outside my home. It’s made it difficult to park on my own drive. I only found out who was responsible for the damage by looking at a neighbours cctv. We had to call the Council as an emergency to come and make it safe as this is a family estate where many children play. If the post had fallen on a child it would have caused serious harm. The footage shows the driver reversing at speed along the pavement! If that’s how they treat their vehicles and surroundings then I would have serious misgivings about how they treat your prized possessions.”

“They do not wear masks when entering your property. They also block neighbours driveways. Do not recommend”

“I haven’t used this company and wouldn’t totally inconsiderate overnight parking in a residential area on the pavement ensuring the local disabled people can’t access their cars as they are unable to get to them as their lorry is parked in the pavement”

“I called this company on the morning of Monday 24/9/18 to enquire about the cost of a local removal. I was asked to email a list of furniture in order that they call me back later that day with a quote. I had heard nothing by the following day & rang them again. I was assured that they would contact me with a quote before noon. It's now Wednesday, I move on Monday next week & still haven't had the courtesy of a response from them. Very disappointed.”

“I have moved house many times and always hired a van and had help from friends. This time I decided to use a professional removal company. I wish I hadn't. The removal men seemed to be more concerned about speed than taking care of my possessions. Furniture was damaged. The cost for this service was nearly £500 to move me just up the road. The guys arrived at 8.00 and finished by 1 o'clock, which included them sitting outside my new house for at least 30 min whilst they had a break. I would never use a removal company again, will stick with hiring a van with friends helping, at least my friends treat my possessions with respect. Very disappointed.”
