“First time we have used Simon Long and we were not disappointed.. very helpful customer service and very patient with us as our moving date kept being delayed. The guys who moved us worked really hard for 2 days.. friendly and helpful, we couldn’t have asked for more. Would highly recommend using this company.”

“This is the second time I have used Simon Long and although they are not the cheapest out there, they are great to use, friendly office staff, the teams/crew that moved me were friendly and happy to help in any way. Would definitely recommend these guys and I would use them again.”

“Disappointed, loading onto containers for storage was fine. Once I had a moving date they did not have the staff to deliver my furniture, this was inconvenient and costly, I couldn’t move into my new property and I had to continue paying for storage. On the day my furniture was delivered, an awkward place for delivery, they had to carry items approximately 50 yards from the lorry to the front door and only 2 men. At one point they emptied the container onto the busy public pathway, people were walking around my furniture and touching it, anything could have been taken. A wardrobe and lamp table were damaged my sofas had to be cleaned, they are handling everything with dirty hands. I have since had them repaired. I did not report it from past experience it’s very difficult to claim damages from insurance company’s an added problem at a very stressful time. My furniture was not expensive but it was valuable to me. I have moved many times in my lifetime this was a most stressful experience I will not forget. I would never use this company again and most certainly never recommend.”

“I was extremely pleased with the efficient way in which Simon Long Removals dealt with my recent move. The office staff were very friendly and helped me a great deal in the initial stages. The removal men were a friendly crew and made my move go smoothly everything I asked of them they obliged. If I had to move again I would have no hesitation in hiring this firm and I will certainly recommend them to anyone who is planning a move. Well done Simon Long removals. Barbara Kiddle (Mrs)”

“Very professional worked very hard, impressed how much stuff you can get into a van. Would have been 5 stars but for a slight mishap with a jukebox (no damage done)”

“I was really impressed with Simon Long Removals. This is the second time I have used the company and both times they have been friendly, efficient and professional. The three removal men were extremely helpful on the day and, although I was stressed, they helped to make everything run smoothly and the move went extremely well. I would definitely recommend Simon Long Removals.”

“Overall the service was good. The removal people were prompt and friendly. They looked after our things well. However, our main criticism was that a lot was left in the old house. Mugs, tins of paint, ladders, kitchen things and other items. None of these had 'not for removal' labels so we are not sure why they were left.”
