“First time using your site and you sent a different brand of pens than what I ordered. When I called the girl on the phone was helpful but it was too late as I need the pens for a job. I was told that you’re switching brands from zig to Securit even though I was able to order zig. This information would’ve been handy before purchasing. I was told that they are like for like… but again this information should have been on the site and not when I call up to query the pens I’ve received.”

“Website fine, can’t comment on product as delivery hasn’t arrived - not sure if that’s the company or Parcel Force but if the product doesn’t arrive then it’s all a bit pointless really.”

“Easy to install, main issue is cleaning. Suck a large floppy bit of perspex we found it difficult to fin a surface large enough to lay flat and clean without scratching or denting. Would recommend a hard plastic screen, more practical.”

“I was looking for a particular size of garden display pegs that I have ordered for about 3 years in a row and they weren't on the website. I phoned and the person answering said you didn't do them any more even when I described them and said that I had ordered before. it wasn't until I found an email and resent it to you that you tracked the right ones down. I thought you should know about this because I nearly bought ones that didn't suit me as well and would have had to pay more for the artwork to be re-done for a different size. I just thought you should know so you can make them available on the website thanks”

Thank you for your review Carina, as previously explained the product you required has been discontinued. We did however manged to find some remaining stock after a thorough search of our warehouse, which you have now been sent. As these were the last of our stock, we are unable to list them on our website.

“The product is really good, but you need to sort Fedex, despite having the correct address and post code they delivered to the wrong address!! Very annoying having to chase looking for my order!”

“Poor at present, as they have not yet been delivered. FedEx have tried to deliver twice but no one has been in. The nearest depot to me is Harlow, about 40 - 60 minutes drive away. I have asked if I can get them delivered elsewhere but that cannot be changed by me it must be you which may incur an extra costs...”

I'm sorry you are disappointed but the product you ordered is called a magnetic ceiling hook and we state prominently that it is suitable for ceilings which are receptive to magnets.

“I ordered 2 items from Green magic to hang point if sale from my suspended ceiling. It was difficult to work out online whether the hole on the clip will fit the hook I was ordering. The picker shud have realised that my order was wrong. I cannot use the items I ordered. Hate online blind ordering”

Having spoken to you we understand you did not specifically require a lockable frame and did not therefore appreciate it would have a stainless steel locking screw. We offered to exchange to a different product.

The parcel was delivered on Mon 5 Nov which is within the 2-3 business days delivery timescale selected at the checkout. I'm afraid we don't deliver at weekends. I hope you find the goods meet your needs.
